whole group – it was really very nice encounter! Thank you for such a nice company, thank you for your kind presents – it was a totaly amazing weekend for me!!!Workshop in Geneva was my very first foreign workshop, so I was not only looking forward to it, but I was preparing myself a lot. Fortunately I used to be home alone so nobody was laughing to me while self speaking in english.
It was my first time in Geneve, and actualy it was my second time flying. Geneve is actualy an „island“ surrounded by France. During good weather you can see Mt. Blanc.
Geneve lies on the shores of great lake – Lac Leman. On the shore there are many boats/ships, some of them are also hotels or restaurants.
Geneve has absolutely beautiful parks (and treess) and simply perfect hot chocolate.
On the viewpoint in st. Pether´s cathedral (old town dominant) you can find not only view on the city and the lake, but also the bell and toilet for town security.
People in Geneve go often to France for food, for examle this chinese „all you can eat“ restaurant, but – manger equilibre! Which reminds me that I refreshed my forgotten french 🙂
Saturday morning we were about to start. Polyform Products donated all the Premo clay for workshop – thank you! And the girls appreciated. My colour choice was clear, and everybody enjoyed work with Premo clay.
We started at 9 after a short waiting for the last participant and after it all started. I talked a lot about preparing clay before use, colours etc. It proved that neither blending isn´t as easy as it seem.
Everybody mixed the colours for his own, most participants used my colour combination. First I teached a faux mosaic technic and after we began with JH rounding technique. Both techniques needs training, so the very first pieces was diffident, but each other was better and better.
What more to say?
Thank you Nathalie and Sylvianne for inviting me, thank you for your care about me. Thank you Maryvonne for your tip 🙂 and thank you Polyform Products for all the Premo clay for workshop. Merci!
